Returns

We accept returns of unworn, unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unworn and unused.
  • Item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Preorder Items

Certain products may be offered as preorders. Estimated ship dates will be listed on the product page.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that the item is not yet available for immediate shipment.

Preorder cancellations may be requested before production begins. Once production has started, preorder sales are considered final and may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@fairwayroots.com so we can make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow your financial institution several business days to process the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Items returned in used, worn, or damaged condition
  • Customized or personalized products
