Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their order has been shipped.

Preorder Items

Some Fairway Roots products may be offered as preorders.

Preorder items are not available for immediate shipment. Estimated ship dates will be listed on the product page.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that the item will ship at a later date than standard in-stock products.

If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, your entire order may be held and shipped together once the preorder item becomes available.

While we do our best to meet estimated ship dates, production and shipping timelines may occasionally change. We will communicate any significant delays via email.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary based on the shipping method selected.

Delivery times begin once an order has been shipped and are estimates only. Shipping carriers may experience delays that are outside of our control.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Fairway Roots is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Fairway Roots is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
